Nicola Conte

 

 

Nicola conte is an italian Dj producer and quitar player better known for his personal albums Bossa per Due which was released in 2001 in the ESL records, Other directions which was released in 2004 by Blue note records and rituals in 2008.

 His unique  innovative style in which acid jazz  incorporates bossa nova themes, melodies drawn from Italian film scores of the 1960s, easy listening themes, and ethnic Indian music. He has been worked along with  many contemporary well known artists such as the italian group The Dining Rooms, Mario Biondi e.c.t. Last summer he came with his band to Greexe in the Kosmos festival.
