QUANTIC

Will Holland or better known Quantic(for this nickname he said "it seemed like the best name as it describes a whole with two or more variables.") is an english dj, producer and musician. The last years he's based in Colompia. His music can be characterized as a mixture of jazz-funk-groove, soul, electro,dancefloor and traditional elements from the  Colompia. He has released 5 solo albums on the Tru Thoughts label.

Beside the solo released album's Holland is the leader of several projects under the label Tru thoughts like Limp Twins, Quantic soul orchestra, Quantic and his combo barbaro, Quantic Presenta Flowering Inferno e.c.t.

 

With his band quantic soul orchestra he has released  4 albums

- Tropidélico (2007)

Holland, along with DJ Russ Porter have released one LP as The Limp Twins. the name of the album is Tales From beyond the groove.


In 2007 Holland moved to Cali, Colombia’s third largest city, to pursue his passion for unearthing lost treasures from Colombia’s musical past and making new music with the golden array of talent available today. He created Quantic and his Combo Barbaro whose sound tend to be more ethnic orientated grooves. They released in 2009 the album Tradition in Transition.
